Agencies or organizations request individuals to obtain police record checks for purposes of employment, volunteering, adoption or student placement. Why a police record check is required or what level is required is to be determined by the agency or organization requesting the police record check.  If you are unsure of what level to get, please contact the agency or organization who is making this request of you.  RECORD CHECKS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
